This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling our services and requesting refunds for subscriptions and digital products purchased from RankFirst.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription to our Services at any time by contacting us at contact@rankfirst.tech. Upon cancellation, your access to our Services will terminate at the end of your current subscription period.

Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions:

No refunds will be provided for monthly subscriptions. Once a monthly subscription fee has been paid, it is non-refundable, even if you choose to cancel your subscription before the end of the billing cycle.

Yearly Subscriptions:

Refund requests for yearly subscriptions can be raised within 30 days of the initial payment date. To request a refund, please contact us at contact@rankfirst.tech with your refund request and the reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving a valid refund request.

After the initial 30-day period, no refunds will be provided for yearly subscriptions. You may continue to access our Services until the end of your subscription period, but no refunds will be issued for any remaining unused portion of your subscription.

Digital Products:

No refunds will be provided for digital products purchased from our website. All sales of digital products are final once the purchase is completed.

Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, such as a proven breach of our obligations under these Terms of Service or applicable laws, we may consider refund requests outside of the specified refund periods. Any such requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and we encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Your continued use of our Services after the posting of the revised Policy constitutes acceptance of such changes.
